As for this report, we see an uptick in sales activity in our local
cities, but nothing more than is seasonally customary. I'm

Downtown Mountain View, we need inventory! Mountain View's
downtown area has lacked good inventory for over four months now and
homes are being sold quickly when they come on the market.
