Periodically I do a report showing the active, pending show (there are
still some contingencies, but an offer is accepted), pending release (an offer
has been accepted, but the buyers have to sell another property first),
and pending (an offer
has been accepted and there are no remaining contingencies) sales some
of our local cities (see title). The report I ran on Feburary
2nd, 2009 is below.
