     Excitement showed on the faces of Realtors on tour this week.  The sunshine and Spring weather did their usual, which was to add more inventory to the market and new hope for those of us who help you sell and buy.  There was a buzz of co-workers talking about what they put into escrow this week.  When the buzz lasts over time with some consistency, I'll be able to say there is a trend toward some upward pricing and more stability for Sellers.  That trend is something we will all hope to look for.
